Work for Us

Not everyone can say they’ve got First Rate job prospects. But here you can.

At First Rate you’ll be part of a major worldwide currency operation where billions of pounds change hands every year. Now is an exciting time to join us as we are looking to grow and expand our business, through new products, markets and partnerships.

We have a strong customer-driven culture. Energetic, bright and highly inventive when it comes to meeting customer needs. A dynamic, fast-moving environment where real talent and dedication thrive. At every level, and in every area of our organisation, we require the very best people with the right attitude, values and behaviours who have the desire and potential to grow and learn. If you are looking for an exciting challenge rather than just a job and want to be part of an exciting and transformational period in our history then we would love to hear from you.

Developing you

We want all our employees to grow and reach their full potential. Join us and you’ll benefit from a individualised learning and development programme that will move you on professionally and personally to provide working satisfaction and advance your career. It may also open doors into other areas of the business.

  • Life insurance
  • Pension scheme and advice

Getting started

Starting a new job can be exciting and daunting: we’ve all been there. That’s why we take care to welcome you and help you settle in, so that your first few weeks are a success.

From your very first day you’ll take part in an induction programme, organised by your line manager. You will be appointed a ‘peer support’ who will answer your questions and introduce you to the informal side of life at First Rate.
