The awards just keep on coming. Following hot on the heels of the TMC award (see story below) our fantastic Customer Services team attended the Top 50 Companies for Customer Services awards.
And they swept the floor as they say, getting two firsts and a third:
1st in the Extra Small Contact Centre
1st in the Banking Sector
3rd in Emails
But to top it all they carried off the big award of the night by winning the best Overall Contact Centre.
This is a massive achievement with a score of 97.2%!
The relationship with our customers is the most important thing to our business and this front line team should be rightly proud of their fantastic achievement. Well done Customer Services, hugely deserved recognition for the fantastic work that you do every day
