Getting started

Starting a new job can be exciting and daunting: we’ve all been there. That’s why we take care to welcome you and help you settle in, so that your first few weeks are a success.

From your very first day you’ll take part in an induction programme, organised by your line manager. You will be appointed a ‘peer support’ who will answer your questions and introduce you to the informal side of life at First Rate.
